Shipping Policy

When Will I get my order?

Many items here at Waterlight Custom Float Bags are made by hand (lovingly and with great dedication to quality) after you order them. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to make your bags. When your order is ready we will ship using USPS Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number and an estimated time of delivery.

Signature on Delivery

If you would like your order to require Signature on Delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service team BEFORE placing your order by using the email or phone number at the bottom of every page of this site.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Waterlight Custom Float Bags is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been marked delivered, you must contact your selected shipping provider to file a claim.

Can you ship Internationally?

We can ship anywhere in the world. With your items in the cart, enter your shipping address. If no shipping price is offered then we have not shipped to your country yet. Please contact us so we can determine the appropriate cost and set it up for you.


How much are Tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.?

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to your specific country’s tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc… These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges on our website. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these fees, as they are typically based on the value of the order and vary from country to country.

Please be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you were not willing to pay the fees, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for any additional fees required to return the package to us.
